The Scribe is a FREE arts focused newspaper specifically for Ohioans. It is also the first ever Ohio-wide arts newspaper. Artists, authors, poets, writers, filmmakers, musicians, and more, can submit their works to The Scribe, and it will be freely promoted for them. Submitting content can be done over email, and all submissions must be related to the arts in some way.
